Chatsworth Interiors is looking for a motivated and design-focused Kitchen Designer to join our growing team.

We specialise in the design and supply of bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, delivering a high level of service, attention to detail and tailored design solutions for every client.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about interiors, confident working with clients and eager to grow within a design-led business.

This is a permanent role, with working hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am – 1:00pm on Saturdays.

As a Kitchen Designer / Sales Designer, you will be responsible for designing and selling bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms tailored to each client’s requirements, lifestyle and space.

You’ll manage projects from initial consultation through to final design and sale, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout.

    •    Designing bespoke kitchens, bedrooms & bathrooms using CAD software

    •    Meeting clients and understanding their brief, style and budget

    •    Producing accurate and detailed design presentations

    •    Preparing quotations and securing sales

    •    Managing projects through the design and ordering stages

    •    Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the process

    •    Working closely with suppliers and the wider team

    •    Maintaining excellent organisation and attention to detail

    •    CAD proficient (preferred)

    •    Passionate about interior design and space planning

    •    Driven, motivated and commercially minded

    •    Professional and confident when working with clients

    •    Customer-focused with strong communication skills

    •    Organised with excellent attention to detail

    •    Creative with a strong eye for layout, finishes and functionality

    •    Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in kitchen or interior design is preferred, however attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn are equally important.
